Issue with delivery but otherwise good

We ordered two towers which we assumed would be delivered together. One arrived the next day but there was no sign of the other, and no tracking info available. After chasing up twice, the second one was delivered a week later. Email communication was quick and helpful but I can't give 5 stars because the order was messed up and we had to wait for the second one. The towers themselves are fantastic.

Creative Learning Tower

We recently purchased the Creative Learning Tower and are very happy with the quality and design. It looks great, feels sturdy, was easy to assemble, and delivery was quick. However, we found it’s not really suitable for a 13-month-old. While the sides are well protected, the front and back feel too open and don’t offer enough security. There are also no practical accessories available, such as safety nets or guards. The only compatible accessory is the slide, which feels unnecessary for this model, is quite expensive, and also comes with a £20 delivery charge when bought separately. We don’t regret buying from this company, but on closer consideration we probably should have chosen a different model that’s better suited to a younger child.

Speaking as a parent myself who've used our products in our own home for the past 7 years... at 13 months your child is right at the beginning of the age range for these products. Within a few short months they will be much more stable and you will likely feel more comforatble using the product with slightly less supervision. They still have years ahead of them to make the most of the product. I believe the product you have purchased is future proofed for the time you still have ahead of you.
