Where do you ship to?

We ship to customers in the UK and across the European Union. Please note that not all products are currently available in the EU. For full details, see link here.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free on each individual item (not necessarily each order) over £110 in the UK, or €130 in the EU.

For items costing less than £110 / €130, delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20 / €20 per order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All customs duties, import taxes and VAT are included in the price that you pay..

How long will my product take to arrive?

The delivery time for our products varies from next day to 3-4 weeks. The expected delivery time is shown on the products’ individual page.

What if my product doesn’t arrive on time?

We hit our advertised delivery times on over 95% of shipments. In the rare case that your product is delayed, please Contact Us and we will chase up your delivery with our courier.

What if my product is lost in transit?

In the very rare circumstance that your parcel is lost in transit we will dispatch a replacement free of charge.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please take photographs immediately and Contact Us as soon as possible, within 14 days of your delivery date. We will replace any damaged / defective parts (or the entire product if necessary) free of charge. Please see our Returns policy for further information.
