Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order for a full refund if we receive your request before the product is shipped or personalised. If your product has already been shipped, then please wait for your product to be delivered and follow our returns process. If your product has already been personalised, we cannot accept cancellations.
Returns
Can I return my order?
For non-personalised items we offer a no-quibble returns policy providing you notify us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the item to us within 21 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for personalised products.
Are there any costs to return my order?
Return shipping is charged at a flat rate of 10% of your product cost.
Products should be returned in the condition that they were received. All parts, packaging and instructions should be in their original condition, or you may be charged for any loss in value. If items are not received in their original / suitable replacement packaging, then this will be charged at a flat rate of £10.
The above costs will be paid upfront by LTC and charged back via your final refund amount.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your order for another colour, variant or model free of charge. Please Contact Us detailing your exchange request within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot exchange personalised products.
Are there any costs to exchange my order?
Exchanges are free of charge, with only the difference in value between the original and new product to be charged / refunded, providing products are returned in their original condition.
You will not be charged for the return shipping of your original product, nor the delivery for your replacement product.
However, original products should be returned in the condition that they were received. All parts, packaging and instructions should be in their original condition, or you may be charged for any loss in value. If items are not received in their original / suitable replacement packaging, then this will be charged at a flat rate of £10.
Damaged, Defective or Misrepresented Items
If your product is received damaged or defective, please take photographs immediately and Contact Us as soon as possible, within 14 days of your delivery date. We will replace any damaged / defective parts (or the entire product if necessary) free of charge.
If your product is received damaged, defective, or you have otherwise been let down by your product or our service, we will try to put this right by offering corrective action or replacing parts or products. However, if you simply wish to return your product then you may return this for a full refund providing you make us aware of the issue within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the item to us within 21 days of delivery.
