What is our Good Home Scheme? Occasionally we have products that are damaged in transit or returned to us in an unsaleable condition. The products are safe and structurally sound but have visible scratches and dents on some surfaces. Rather than send these products to landfill, we would prefer to ensure these products go to a Good Home. We have checked them over, repackaged them and they are available for a significantly discounted price which we believe reflects the defects. In return you get a safe product that we hope will bring your family a lot of value.

The pictures and description you see below are of new products which are not necessarily quite visually representative of the product that you will receive by ordering from this product page.

The 'Tinker Tower - Light' features a standing platform that can be adjusted to 3 different heights so the tower grows with your child. The support feet offer extra stability and the tower is enclosed on all 4 sides for added security, so children can use it safely as soon as they're beginning to stand. The side safety walls are easily removable so your child can climb unaided in and out of the tower using the ladder on both sides, and it comes with a blackboard attached for carefree doodling!

Assembly: This product requires assembly and comes with easy to follow instructions. All tools required to assemble the product are included in the package.

Safety is Paramount: all of our products are produced in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulations (2005) and the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 as applicable.

Warning: learning towers and other climbing apparatus are designed to help your child interact at work surface height or develop their sense of adventure. Please never leave your child unsupervised to use their learning tower or other climbing apparatus.

We will gladly cancel your order prior to shipping or personalisation free of charge.

We will also exchange your product for another variant completely free of charge.

We of course accept returns on non-personalised items, but return shipping is charged at 10% of the price paid should you change your mind :)

We cannot accept returns / cancellations of personalised items once the personalisation process has commenced.
