  • Please use this portal to request a return of your product for a refund or to request a replacement part/product.

How do I use this Resolutions Portal?

    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to process
    • You will get a confirmation email when you have submtted your request. We will then aim to get back to you within 2 working days to discuss resolution.
